Best way to beat a DUI

What is the best way to beat a DUI case?

Most Visalia and Fresno criminal defense lawyers talk about ways of challenging a DUI or Driving Under the Influence case by talking about breath test, blood test, driving patterns, or field sobriety test. But the best way to beat a DUI charge is by showing reasonable doubt that you were the one driving.

Most cases driving is not an issue; however, in a surprising high number of cases there is reasonable doubt as to who was driving the vehicle. Often Visalia or Fresno Police will issue tickets when they cannot prove who was driving the car. I have represented clients in cases where there was little or no evidence that they had been driving the car.

Another important issue is when the driving took place, in most cases in order for blood alcohol readings to be relevant, the driving needs to take place within three hours of the driving. In some cases the lack of relevancy in time of the blood test to the driving will result reasonable doubt.

Contact the Visalia criminal Defense Lawyer to review your DUI case and determine if these or other legal defense relate to your case.
